Donnell Spivey, broker and owner of Exit Spivey Professional Realty, will bring his over 30 years of industry experience to WOLB listeners Saturday mornings when he hosts “The Real Estate Wealth Building Show.”
Mr. Spivey believes that financial wealth begins with home ownership. His business philosophy focuses on helping others obtain their goals in home ownership. Listeners are encouraged to call in with their home buying and home selling questions.
“I want to educate listeners about the importance of home ownership, how to build wealth through home ownership, and help sellers prepare their home for sale,” Mr. Spivey says.
Another major mission of the show, Mr. Spivey adds, is “educating first time home buyers and letting them know about all the home ownership programs available to them.”
Along with his business success, Mr. Spivey allotted time to serve his community and his profession. His many awards, citations and recognitions are testament to professional excellence and community involvement. Mr. Spivey has been the recipient of NAREB’s W. “Bill” Hamilton Award as “Realtist of the Year;” recognized by the BALTIMORE SUN Newspaper for providing “professional real estate services in diverse neighborhoods.” Most notably, he was presented with a citation from U.S. Congressman Elijah Cummings for being the first African-American Real Estate Broker to offer real estate services in Howard County, MD by opening, Spivey Professional Real Estate Services, Inc.
